Puma

Retail 2.0 VM Concept and Guidelines

Sport lifestyle brand PUMA wanted the development of a new concept for their stores and product presentation. We partnered with Berlin-based architects Plajer & Franz to help them reach this aim.

They wanted the stores to be more clearly laid out and simpler, without becoming boring in the process. The complete footwear range was moved onto central tables. The sport and lifestyle zones were clearly differentiated visually. The wall presentation was tidied up and the visual merchandising concept was completely reworked including all POS details. Following a test store implementation and further improvements, the global roll-out was carried out, supported by workshops and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
